    Tulum Art Club is a cultural platform offering artist residencies, workshops, and art sales. These Terms govern all users of the website and related services.

    2. Online Store

    • All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

    • Custom or made-to-order artworks (including prints) are non-refundable.

    • Prices are in USD or MXN and may be subject to change without notice.

    • Shipping times may vary; we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

    3. Artist Residencies

    • Artists must comply with agreed terms outlined in individual residency contracts.

    • Tulum Art Club reserves the right to modify or cancel residencies under force majeure.

    4. Workshops & Events

    • Refunds are only available if cancellations are made at least 72 hours in advance.

    • Some events may require a non-refundable deposit.

    5. Intellectual Property

    All content (images, text, design) is owned by Tulum Art Club or respective artists. No content may be used or reproduced without permission.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our programs.

    7. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.

    At Tulum Art Club, we take great care in preparing and shipping all artworks, whether limited-edition prints or original pieces. Please review our policy before placing an order.

    🖼️ Print Orders (Limited Edition & Art Prints)

    • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for print orders once production has started.

    • Free shipping is included in your order. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

    • If your print arrives damaged or with a production defect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by sending clear photographs and a written description to: hello@tulumartclub.com.

    • If the issue qualifies under our production and shipping standards, we will issue a replacement at no extra cost.

    Note: Any minor differences in color, texture, or format due to digital visualization are not considered defects.

    🎨 Original Artwork

    • All original artwork sales are final and non-refundable.

    • Buyers are responsible for shipping and insurance costs unless otherwise stated during checkout or in writing.

    • If you choose to insure your shipment, we will assist you with the necessary documentation (invoice, certificate of authenticity, photos of the piece) in case of damage or loss during transit.

    • In the event of damage, you must:

      1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

      2. Send clear photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label.

      3. Initiate the claim with the shipping carrier using your purchased insurance.

    Tulum Art Club is not liable for any damage or loss if insurance is not selected and paid by the customer. We strongly recommend insuring all original artworks.

    🗓️ Workshop & Event Bookings

    • Bookings may be canceled up to 72 hours before the event for a full refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable.

    • In some cases, we may offer credit for future events depending on availability.

    📌 Important Notes

    • We do not offer refunds for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

    • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
