At Tulum Art Club, we take great care in producing, packing, and shipping all artworks—whether limited-edition prints, original pieces, or custom-made works. Please review our refund policy before placing your order or booking a service.

🖼️ Limited Edition Prints & Art Prints

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once production has begun.

  • Free shipping is included with your order. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  • If your print arrives damaged or with a production defect, please notify us within 48hrs of delivery.

    • Send clear photos and a brief description to: hello@tulumartclub.com

    • If your issue meets our criteria, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Minor variations in color, size, or texture due to screen visualization or printing process are not considered defects.

🎨 Original Artworks

  • All original artwork sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Shipping and insurance are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing or during checkout.

  • If you purchase insurance, we’ll assist with documentation for claims (invoice, certificate, photos).

  • In case of damage during transit, please:

    • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

    • Send clear photos of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label

    • File the claim with the carrier using your insurance

  • Tulum Art Club is not responsible for loss or damage if no insurance was selected.

🗓️ Workshops & Event Bookings

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event are fully refundable.

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable.

  • In some cases, we may offer credit for future workshops, depending on availability.

📌 Important Notes

  • We do not offer refunds for shipping delays, customs holds, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a refund is granted, it will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
