Terms of Service
Scope
These terms apply to commissions, murals, editions, artist sourcing and art experiences produced by Tulum Art Club. Each project is additionally governed by its signed proposal.
Proposals and scheduling
Work begins once a written proposal is approved and the agreed deposit is received. Production dates depend on artist availability and site conditions.
Intellectual property
Artists retain copyright over their work. Clients receive the usage rights defined in the signed proposal. Documentation of the work may be used by TAC for archive and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Liability
TAC is responsible for the agreed production scope. Site access, permits, structural conditions and utilities are the client's responsibility unless stated in the proposal.
