Nicolás Guzmán is a Mexican visual artist born in 1983 in the city of Xalapa, Veracruz. Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Universidad Veracruzana. His work explores drawing, painting, graphic work, sculpture, photography and installation. It uses material resources supported by traditional and contemporary techniques, based on the semantic possibilities of each of the objects, the use of words, conceptualization and problematization of their artistic work through questions whose answers continue to be tested. Nicolás has more than 20 collective samples, both national and international, as well as 21 individual samples. His work belongs to different collections, such as the IAGO collection, Mastercard Collection, Museum of the Estampa, UAEM and private collections.
